Information we collect
When you contact us we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, vehicle registration, vehicle make/model/year, requested service and information included in your message.
How and why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss or prepare quotes, arrange and provide requested work, provide customer service, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, our lawful basis may include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests.
Email and WhatsApp quote requests
The website prepares your enquiry on your device. Choosing Email or WhatsApp opens the relevant service so you can review and send the message. Pro Locks UK does not receive it until you choose to send it. The relevant provider may process information under its own privacy terms.

Complaints
Please contact us first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
